Courtney began her career at Smith Barney in 1998 as a Client Service Associate with one of the top teams in the Northeast. In 2005, she transitioned into a management role within the firm. Starting in 2010, Courtney took on a dual role, continuing her management responsibilities while also working as a dedicated Client Service Associate with Christopher Ketchen. 

Courtney resides in Wakefield, Massachusetts, with her husband, Jamie, and their two children, Jamie and Abigail. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, attending her children's sporting events, and vacationing in Maine.
